Shipping, Delivery & Pickup
Packaging:
Each salonlb. order is packaged by hand and tailored to fit and best protect each type of artwork.
- Editioned prints and photography are sent in a tube, with a protective layer of glassine.
- Unframed original works are either flat packed or sent in a tube, depending on the type of work.
- All framed artworks are packaged in a rigid box with eco-friendly cushioned wrap for protection.
- Oversized works are either crated or soft-packed, and shipped via UPS or an art crating service.
Processing:
All orders will be processed within 5 business days. Once an order is processed, unframed works typically ship within 5 - 7 business days and custom framed within 7 – 10 business days, unless otherwise noted.
US Shipping:
Within the US, our packages are shipped by UPS and shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork.
Local Delivery:
Our staff will hand-deliver artwork to addresses within a 20 mile radius of salonlb. (1010 West 35th Street, Chicago, IL 60609). A fee will be applied at checkout unless otherwise noted.
Local Pickup:
At checkout you can select "Local Pickup" from salonlb., which is 100% free! Contact us at info@salonlb.com to coordinate your pickup from our art space.
Shipment Tracking:
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.
