Q: What is your return policy?
A: We are committed to ensuring that our collectors are head over heels with the work(s) they purchase. However, if you are feeling less than 100% about your acquisition, please email us at info@salonlb.com.
- Limited Edition Prints: We can offer a store credit within 14 days of receipt of the artwork.
- Originals: Are eligible to return for a refund within 7 days of receipt of the artwork.
Q: Who Pays For Return Shipping Costs?
A: We examine all returns on a case-by-case basis in order to determine who is responsible for the return shipping. If we determine that the artwork was accurately described on our site (in terms of size, materials used, weight, etc.) and the collector is returning it as a result of buyers remorse, then the collector is held responsible for return costs.
If we conclude that the work was misrepresented in our shop (either in the photograph or in the description), failed to disclose important information about the work, or if the artwork was damaged as a result of poor packaging, the collector will not be responsible for shipping costs.
Q: How do I know that the artwork is authentic?
A: We ship each artwork with a Certificate of Authenticity, which is signed by Lauren Brescia, the founder of salonlb., to guarantee you are collecting an authentic work of art. The certificate includes the title, dimension, materials, and all details of the artwork as well as edition series information. As a collector, it will be important to hold onto your certificate as it will help with the future value of the work adding provenance and context around your acquisition of the piece.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: salonlb. currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payments made through PayPal.
